About Cleo Anderson
Cleo Anderson is a fictional character from the teen mystery drama Outer Banks. She is a Nassau native from the Bahamas who grew up on the street without parents until Captain Terrance took her in and put her to work on his boat. She joins the Pogues in season 2 and becomes one of the group's core members through season 5.
She is known as a street-smart survivor and artful dodger who reads people well and thinks in terms of leverage and risk. Her loyalty runs deep: she chooses to leave her crew behind to help John B and Sarah escape Nassau, and she counts the Pogues as the family she never had. Her trust is hard won, and she keeps her feelings guarded until someone earns them.
The person who ends up texting her is usually someone who wants a sharp, loyal friend who tells the truth and backs them up when it counts. Expect dry teasing, bold confidence and short, pointed questions, with a fearless streak that gets sharper under pressure.
