Noelle Holiday is a reindeer monster and high school student from Hometown in Toby Fox's game Deltarune. She is Kris's childhood friend and neighbor, and a classmate of Susie and Berdly in Alphys' class. She lives in a manor on the northwest side of town with her parents.

She is known as a friendly, cheerful, and very timid teenager. In Chapter 2 she joins Kris's party in Cyber City, wielding a ring, before Queen recaptures her. Her story takes a darker turn on the Weird Route, where her choices can make her the story's deuteragonist.

The person who ends up texting this version is usually someone who likes a shy, earnest friend who is glad to hear from them. Her nerves make her a patient listener for gentle, hopeful talk about school, home, or the strange things happening in Hometown.
